Cuando voy a recogerlos me di cuenta que estaban muy rayados, les solicite que corrigieran su error y me reemplazaran las micas, ellos accedieron y me los entregaron a la semana. En ese momento vi todo en orden, realmente les creí que habían reemplazado mis micas. Yo solo uso anti reflejante, protección para luz azul. Desde ese día sentí molestias (ardor y ojos cansados) pero lo ignore. Hace unos días fui a otra óptica para comprarme otros lentes, al revisar los que tenía me dijeron que me habían estafado y que mis lentes no tenían ninguna mica. Es lamentable que además de dar un mal servicio, no cumplan con su palabra. Terrible experience. A year ago I went to have my glasses welded and they took a long time to deliver them. When I went to pick them up I realized that they were very scratched, I asked them to correct their mistake and replace my lenses, they agreed and delivered them to me a week. A few days ago I went to another optician to buy other glasses, when I checked the ones I had they told me that they had scammed me and that my glasses did not have any mica. It is unfortunate that in addition to giving poor service, they do not keep their word.
