Terrible service, I bought some glasses and they delivered them to me yesterday but it turns out that the optometrist did not put my graduation well and I see nothing, I get dizzy if I use them, I am trying to talk and they do not answer, I want to know if anyone has any number to do the claim and have my money back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es difícil calificar en esas ocasiones en las que nos toca que nos atienda un responsable de sucursal con mal ánimo y pocos deseos de atender a un posible cliente y la vez que los visité éso sucedió, una lástima ya que parece que tienen buenos precios.
It is difficult to qualify on those occasions when we have to be attended by a branch manager in a bad mood and little desire to serve a potential client and the time I visited them that happened, a pity since it seems that they have good prices.
