Pretty bad customer service, they don't explain prices and notes as "guarantee" they don't even break them down to know when your frame came out, your micas ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no me gustó para nada como me atendieron, luego hacen mal el exámen y cuando quieres cambiar la Mica no lo hacen y te ponen excusa que en el recibo dice que no hay garantía en micas cuando tú las pagaste.
Terrible service I did not like how they treated me at all, then they do the exam wrong and when you want to change the Green Card they do not do it and they give you an excuse that on the receipt it says that there is no guarantee on green cards when you paid for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio deberían clausurarlo, ya que se les ocurre dan atención al cliente por línea para dar un estudio de vista. Muy mal, no es posible que den esa atención no lo recomiendo. Es más chequen si ven que les dan mal servicio cancelen esa óptica feaaaaaa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención ? fui a hacerme el examen de la vista y comprar mis lentes, resulto que me hicieron las micas MAL; me mareo y me duele la cabeza con ellos, regresé por mi garantía a qué me los arreglaran y me dijeron que ya no pueden hacer nada!! Y si quiero cambiarlas tengo que volver a pagar cuando el error de graduación fue del "optometrista"
Terrible attention ? I went to get my eyes tested and buy my glasses, it turned out that they did my micas WRONG; I get dizzy and my head hurts with them, I went back for my guarantee to have them fixed and they told me that they can't do anything anymore!! And if I want to change them I have to pay again when the graduation error was from the "optometrist"
