★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, realizan mal el diagnóstico y cuando vas a reclamar, te dicen que ellos no tienen la responsabilidad, además, te hacen regresar tiempo después para ganar tiempo y no aplicar la garantía, definitivamente, pésimo lugar!!
Terrible service, they make the diagnosis wrong and when you go to claim, they tell you that they do not have the responsibility, in addition, they make you return some time later to save time and not apply the guarantee, definitely, lousy place !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio por parte del personal de ventas pero pésimo examen de la vista. Mi primer par de lentes y me causa mareos al usarlos, llevo semanas y no me adapto y se niegan a corregir el error del doctor que me atendió.
Good service from the sales staff but bad eye exam. My first pair of glasses and dizziness causes me to use them, take weeks rather than adapt me and refuse to correct the error of the doctor who treated me.
