Orders take a long time, if we buy lenses it is because we urgently need them not for a month later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cuando adquirí mis lentes, tardaron como 1 mes en entregarlos (la primera vez) ya que tuve que regresarlos debido a que las micas estaban rayadas, después de eso se demoraron como 1 mes más aproximadamente para entregarme y que las micas después de un tiempo comenzaron a rayarse (aclaro, siempre tuve el cuidado adecuado en la limpieza), la 2da vez que me entregaron los lentes quisieron limpiar su conciencia entregándome un "kit" de cositas (un bote, cartera) para disculparse. A pesar de eso, jamás regresaré a este establecimiento. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.
Terrible service, when I bought my lenses, it took about 1 month to deliver them (the first time) since I had to return them because the micas were scratched, after that it took about 1 month more to deliver me and that the micas after for a time they started to scratch (I clarify, I always took proper care in cleaning), the 2nd time they gave me the glasses they wanted to clean their conscience by giving me a "kit" of little things (a jar, wallet) to apologize. Despite that, I will never return to this establishment. I do not recommend it at all.
