Si pudiera dar estrellas negativas lo haria ...Para empezar los armazones que venden son de muy baja calidad al grado que han de estar mejor los del Waldos y los venden como si fueran de marcas reconocidas ,.. segundo: buscan cualquier excusa para no hacer te valida la garantia. El servicio por parte de los empleados es totalmente incompetente e inemptos por decir lo menos.
PD siempre salen con la excuza de que la maquina de recibos no funciona para tmbn no hacer te valida garantia o poder te quejar con encargados o gerentes
Espero y con esta opinion pueda evitar que otros caigan en ese tipo de locales. Realice un reporte ante la PROFECO y resulta que tiene muchas denuncias pendientes.
TERRIBLE SERVICE,!!! If I could give negative stars I would ... To begin with, the frames they sell are of very low quality to the degree that those of the Waldos must be better and they sell them as if they were from recognized brands, second: they look for any excuse for not doing validates the guarantee. PD always come out with the excuse that the receipt machine does not work for tmbn not do you validate guarantee or be able to complain to managers or managers
