★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, su personal no está bien capacitado para hacer graduaciones y te quieren hacer ver como que tu eres la que está mal a pesar de que les dices que no estás viendo bien con sus graduaciones. Mis lentes no quedaron bien, y a pesar de insistir no me lo creían. Lleve mis lentes a graduar a otro lugar y resulta que no era la graduación que yo necesitaba. Lo peor es que después de comentárselo no aceptan el error y te atienden de mal modo. No volvería jamás.
Terrible service, their staff is not well trained to make graduations and they want to make you look like you are the one who is wrong even though you tell them that you are not seeing well with their graduations. My glasses did not fit well, and despite insisting they did not believe me. I took my glasses to graduate somewhere else and it turns out it wasn't the prescription I needed. The worst thing is that after telling them they do not accept the mistake and treat you in a bad way. I would never go back.
