Y les reclamas y se portan groseras las empleadas
Very bad attention, they don't attend to you when you arrive and they make you wait, then you ask for a type of job and they give you something else than the case
And you complain and the employees behave rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé unos lentes para ver si le podían cambiar las micas, estuve esperando entre 15-20 min nada más para que me dijeran que no se podía hacer nada porque el armazón estaba "viejo", lo único que tenían era que la la pintura se le estaba cayendo pero aún así los lentes estan macizos, no me quedé conforme con esa respuesta así que los lleve a una ver de verdad del centro y ahí si me hicieron el cambio de micas sin decirme nada con respecto al armazón.
I took some glasses to see if they could change the lenses, I was waiting between 15-20 min just for them to tell me that nothing could be done because the frame was "old", all they had was that the paint was I was falling but still the glasses are solid, I was not satisfied with that answer so I took them to a real view of the center and there they did the lens change without telling me anything about the frame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es horrible, las mujeres super pedantes con mala cara parece que te hacen un favor al atenderte! No lo recomiendo si quieres tomarse fotos mejor vayan a un estudio fotográfico y si quieren comprar lentes busquen donde si atiendan amablemente!
The attention is horrible, super pedantic women with pouting seem to do you a favor by serving you! I do not recommend it if you want to take photos, better go to a photographic studio and if you want to buy lenses, look where they will kindly attend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención. Además tiene servicio de IMPRESION y te toman fotografías y las entregan en 30 mins. Aproximadamente. Hacen examen de la vista y tienen muy buenos armazones, desde sencillos hasta de diseñadores. Las instalaciones muy limpias . Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Excellent atention. It also has an IMPRESSION service and they take pictures of you and deliver them in 30 mins. Approximately. They do eye exams and have great frames, from plain to designer. Very clean facilities. I highly recommend it.
