★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio solicité reparación de mis lentes de un plástico, me mandaron mensaje que en el laboratorio rompieron el otro por lo tanto debía de pagar el costo y ellos me aplicaban el 15% de descuento o sea si ellos los rompieron?
Cuando fui por ellos pregunté si había un encargado del lugar para hablar con esa persona y me dijeron que no.
 Bad service I requested repair of my plastic lenses, they sent me a message that in the laboratory they broke the other one, therefore I had to pay the cost and they applied me a 15% discount, that is, if they broke them?
When I went for them I asked if there was a person in charge of the place to talk to that person and they said no.
