Regresé para cambiar la graduación de los lentes de mi esposa y fallaron, que pues no puede enfocar Además te dan un precio, pero si pides factura te piden cubrir el IVA, lo cual contraviene las disposiciones fiscales y de la PROFECO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola. Mandé hacer unos lentes progresivos en este lugar, pero tal vez no fue tomada bien mi graduación y me quedaron mal. Los use por una semana para ver si era la falta de costumbre sobre su uso, pero no podía ver bien con ellos. Asistí de nuevo a la óptica y el optometrista Isaac Girón Bautista me volvió a hacer examen de la vista, me cambiaron las micas y me entregó mis lentes de los cuales estoy satisfecho.
Agradezco su buena atención y profesionalismo.
Hi. I had progressive lenses made in this place, but maybe my prescription was not taken well and they looked bad. I used them for a week to see if it was the lack of habit about their use, but could not see well with them. I went to the optician again and the optometrist Isaac Girón Bautista gave me an eye exam again, they changed my lenses and gave me my glasses, of which I am satisfied.

Son muy amables atendiendo en un principio, pero en la entrega de mis lentes los hicieron mal, ya van 4 veces que me hacen dar vuelta innecesariamente y no me resuelven nada, en total van 29 días esperando a que me apliquen la garantía o me devuelvan mi dinero pero solamente se comportan groseros en persona y aparte no responden llamadas.
Pésimo servicio la verdad no lo recomiendo,quedan mal los lentes.
THE LENSES ARE BAD
They are very kind to attend at first, but in the delivery of my glasses they did them wrong, there have been 4 times that they make me turn around unnecessarily and they do not solve anything, in total they go 29 days waiting for the guarantee to be applied or they will give me back my money but they only behave rude in person and also don't answer calls.
Terrible service I really do not recommend it, the glasses are bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amable la atención, el examen diagnóstico fue gratuito, aunque deberían tener toallitas desinfectantes para limpiar la máquina antes de hacer el examen. Imagino que antes de usarlo ya estaba desinfectado (eso quiero pensar). Te dan opciones de precios para que elijas entre los baratos o los de mejor calidad que obvio serán más caros. Sin embargo son precios accesibles. No hay estacionamiento y al estar en el centro es un poco difícil encontrar en dónde estacionarte. La entrega si es un poco tardada pero creo que vale la pena.
Very friendly attention, the diagnostic examination was free, although they should have disinfectant wipes to clean the machine before doing the examination. I imagine that before using it it was already disinfected (that's what I want to think). They give you price options so you can choose between the cheapest or the best quality that will obviously be more expensive. However they are affordable prices. There is no parking and being downtown it is a little difficult to find where to park. Delivery is a little late but I think it's worth it.
