★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pase un mal entendido con esta empresa que dicho de paso, son unos lacras y aprovechados, solo me fui a hacer un examen de la vista y ya me estaban descontando de mi nomina el dinero para unos lentes que ni siquiera yo les pedí, que abusivos... necesito que me regresen todo el dinero que me quitaron ojala que ya me lo regresen, se harían un favor

I need all the money they took back from me, I hope they return it to me, they would do me a favor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, muy atentos y me resolvieron todas mis dudas, realicé varias llamadas por teléfono y siempre me contestaron bien, los lentes son de buena calidad ya que llevo más del año con ellos y saqué otros para alguien más y está super bien, el examen de vista se me hizo muy completo y la graduación es adecuada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMAGINA LA CALIFICACIÓN QUE LE DOY DESPUÉS DE ESTO...Yo encargue unos lentes, llegaron con defecto, después de tres meses de estar insistiendo... llegaron los lentes "" NUEVOS "" y en cuanto los vi.. me di cuenta que solo los habían ""PEGADO"".... y no solo eso.. estaban MAL GRADUADOS! por supuesto pedí los cancelaran... yo no quería unos lentes CAROS!!! y con DEFECTO!!! el "Sr. JIMY" me los cancelo, pero al mes me llego el primer descuento por medio de la nomina, y en la empresa me dicen que eso lo tengo que ver con Jimy"" el Sr. nunca esta...
ya me salí de trabajar y no me dieron finiquito por que se los dieron a la OPTICA JASADI por el descuento de los dichosos LENTES QUE NUNCA ME FUERON ENTREGADOS.... Por favor tengan mucho cuidado con estas Empresas que se aprovechan de las personas que día a día trabajamos para ganar un quinto.. y ellos con la mano en la cintura, se echan nuestro dinero a la bolsa
IMAGINE THE RATING THAT I GIVE YOU AFTER THIS ... I ordered some glasses, they arrived with a defect, after three months of insisting ... the "" NEW "" glasses arrived and as soon as I saw them ... I already left work and they did not give me a settlement because they gave them to the OPTICA JASADI for the discount of the blessed LENSES THAT NEVER WERE DELIVERED TO ME .... Please be very careful with these Companies that take advantage of the people who day by day we work to earn a fifth ... and they, with their hands on our waist, put our money in the bag

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He adquirido lentes en esta óptica por descuento de planilla y hasta ahora esta empresa no se comunico conmigo para hacerme entrega de los lentes, varias veces los he llamado a su oficina reportando la negligencia de no entregarme el producto, sin embargo, se cobraron los lentes y no me entregaron el producto. Voy a ser un reclamo formal a las entidas pertinentes del estado.
I have purchased lenses at this optician for payroll discount and until now this company has not contacted me to deliver the lenses, several times I have called their office reporting the negligence of not delivering the product, however, the lenses were charged and the product was not delivered. I will be a formal claim to the relevant entities of the state.
