Cómo todo negocio mexicano al momento de comprar todo es amabilidad, pero en el servicio posventa el cliente simplemente es olvidado. Compramos unos lentes gold and wood que empezaron a romperse y no llevan ni el año de uso, tornillería de pésima calidad y de acuerdo al proveedor es por qué se les dió un golpe, pero los lentes están bien, es decir, el local ni siquiera nos hubiera aceptado el envío a garantía por algo tan obvio. Queda claro que su objetivo es vender y dejar al cliente de lado una vez termina la venta. Una lástima.

We bought some gold and wood lenses that began to break and have not even a year of use, poor quality hardware and according to the supplier it is why they were hit, but the lenses are fine, that is, the place does not even I would have accepted the warranty shipment for something so obvious. It is clear that your goal is to sell and put the customer aside once the sale is over. A shame.

My wife and I spend about 50,000MXN in this store buying three luxury frames. while were happy with the frames the problem was the lenses!
First of all the quality of lens are bad! they charge you minimum 5000MXN for it and the they use the basic lense.
Second, the number of the lenses the provided was wrong!!! my wife had to go to another place to check the lenses and found out that it doesn't match her prescritption!
They refused to give us refund the money for the lenses so we are going to take this to the attention of PROFECO!
