★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No documentan los requerimientos del cliente, ni te ponen atención a sus necesidades, ellos trabajan como quieren, requieren supervisión.
No realizan presupuesto por escrito y al final del trabajo intentan elevar el costo. Solicité un trabajo de electricidad y en ningún momento verificaron las conecciones con voltímetro, dejaron cables sin conectar, lo cual no era parte del trato, pero lamentablemente, trato de palabra.
Aparte llegan tarde o no llegan, un trabajo de un día les tomó una semana, pues iban cada tercer día. Eso sí, el cobro fue puntual.
They do not document the client's requirements, nor do they pay attention to their needs, they work as they want, they require supervision.
They do not make a written budget and at the end of the job they try to raise the cost. I applied for an electrical job and at no point did they verify the connections with a voltmeter, they left wires unconnected, which was not part of the deal, but unfortunately, I try to speak.
Besides, they are late or do not arrive, a one-day job took them a week, as they went every other day. Of course, the collection was punctual.
