The staff were helpful and the prices seemed reasonable. They only had one car available so recommend booking early. It was a Nissan like the taxis, pretty old but did the trick!

Rodolfo and his car rental is just perfect. Prices are great - including insurance etc. Super helpful (great English speaker too). Support the great local companies instead of those huge car franchises.

The staff were accommodating and helpful. They extended a special effort to provide the car I wanted in short order. The return process was friendly and without stress. Their English is very good. Note that their cars are not new by any means, but the prices are very reasonable at the current exchange rate. I would use them again!

Had an excellent experience after renting a car for 5 days. The car was clean and in excellent shape. The staff person we dealt with spoke English as well as Spanish. Of course, we had to pay the high cost, very high deductible insurance, but that's pretty standard in Mexico. All in all, a very good experience.

If I could leave zero Stars I would. We rented the car for 10 days and everything went smoothly in the beginning. The sales agent spoke English quite fluently and was very accommodating. When I got sick and had to return the car after only 4 days with 6 days remaining is when things got ugly. They refused to refund a single peso. They said that their accountant had already spent the money and even though I paid in cash there was no way they could refund me. Meanwhile they are able to rent the car out. the sales agent was less than accommodating and seemed to forget how to clearly communicate upon returning the vehicle. Losing over 300 US dollars by returning the car early while they are able to continue to rent it out and make money is unexcusable. when I called and tried to negotiate a compromise where they only refunded us half of the remainder they said that there was no way and they had already spent the money. I had a friend call today and they are running out the exact same car that I returned so they can double their money and then they are telling me that it is still available for me if I wanted it. heads up on these guys they do not play fair and I would not recommend them at all!

Rented an economy car for 7 days to see Chiapas. Really nice contact and the man helped us to make a route for the 7 days, which was very nice! Car was all fine, we paid in cash en they took a deposit from $500. After returning they gave it straight back. All went smooth en securely. Good experience

Great rental company. Even though it only offers 4 different kinds of cars it basically covers all needs for a rental car. The prices are economic and include all kind of insurances. Mileage is always unlimited. The staff speaks Spanish and English. They are straightforward and always available in case of an emergency. Our car was in a good condition and with 90.000 km not overused yet.
