★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 13 nov. del año en curso, acudí a uno de sus establecimientos óptima, que se ubica en el mexi puerto cuatro caminos.
Me negaron el acceso a la tienda, ya que uno de los empleados que se encuentran en la entrada me indico que mi hijo de 5 años debía entrar con cubrebocas, a lo cuál le expliqué que mi hijo es autista, por está razón él no usaba cubrebocas, si bien,no me puse a explicarle cómo es la vida de una persona autista, ya que ellos son más susceptibles a ciertas cosas, el llevar puesto un cubrebocas sobre su cara, le es muy irritante, no soporta nada en la cara. No puedo explicar lo que mi hijo siente o lo que siente una persona autista, abría que ponerse en su lugar,para poder entender cómo ellos sienten.
El empleado me dijo que lo comentaría con su supervisor, llegó a la entrada con el supervisor y me dijeron que no podía entrar si mi hijo no usaba cubrebocas. Volví a explicar lo anterior y me negaron la entrada a la tienda. Fuimos víctimas de DISCRIMINACIÓN, las reglas de la tienda, fueron pensadas para personas sin ninguna discapacidad o personas como mi hijo. Jamás me habían prohibido entrar a una tienda comercial por la condición de mi hijo. Se que pueden pensar que soy inconsciente por querer salir a comprar con mi hijo, soy madre soltera y siempre salgo con mi hijo, ya que por su condición no se puede quedar sólo en casa. Creo que la pandemia no nos hizo prisioneros, si no, no estarían abiertos sus negocios.
Esto me pasó a mí y cualquier otro día puede pasarle a otra familia con mi misma situación, por lo cuál deben permitir valorar opciones.
Quiero crear conciencia, fomentar la inclusión en todos las formas, a la concienciación social, para que se tomen las acciones oportunas para que estos niños y adultos con autismo dejen de sufrir situaciones de discriminación y, por el contrario, puedan vivir en un mundo de igualdad.

I explained the above again and was denied entry to the store. We were victims of DISCRIMINATION, the rules of the store were designed for people without any disability or people like my son. I had never been forbidden to enter a commercial store because of my son's condition. I know you may think that I am unconscious for wanting to go shopping with my son, I am a single mother and I always go out with my son, since due to his condition he cannot stay home alone. I believe that the pandemic did not make us prisoners, if not, their businesses would not be open.
This happened to me and any other day it can happen to another family with the same situation, so they should allow us to assess options.
I want to create awareness, promote inclusion in all forms, to social awareness, so that appropriate actions are taken so that these children and adults with autism stop suffering situations of discrimination and, on the contrary, can live in a world of equality.
