Es molesto el incidente dado que están prestando un servicio y su trabajo es atender lo mejor posible los protocolos, en vez de criticar es mejor ofrecer a los clientes las dos opciones de toma de temperatura, la señora de la puerta no tiene actitud de servicio, Optima debe de tener un código de ética para sus empleados si de ahí comen como se atreven a estar criticando a sus clientes mas en tiempo de pandemia, el personal debe saber que cuando se alquila para prestar un servicio cuidar a nuestros clientes es primordial. Obviamente mejor me salí y compre nada
