S	Santiago Nicoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace varios años que mi esposa, mi hijo y yo éramos clientes de esta óptica, siempre nos habían dado un buen servicio y la relación calidad-precio de sus productos convencía, HASTA HOY QUE, CON TODO Y PANDEMIA PERO, ANTE LA NECESIDAD DE CAMBIAR DE GRADUACIÓN, ACUDIMOS PUNTUALES A NUESTRA CITA, PARA COMPRAR DE TRES A CUATRO PARES DE LENTES, Y NADIE ACUDIÓ A LA SUCURSAL. HABÍAMOS DOS FAMILIAS EN LA PUERTA DE LA ÓPTICA, TRATANDO DE COMUNICARNOS POR WHATSAPP Y POR LLAMADA, Y NUNCA CONTESTARON, POR LO CUAL NOS RETIRAMOS. PERDIMOS TIEMPO Y DINERO Y, CUANDO SE DIGNARON DEVOLVER LA LLAMADA, ÚNICAMENTE OFRECIERON UN PEQUEÑO DESCUENTO EN LENTES "ESPECIALES". EN RESUMEN, SON INFORMALES, DESCONSIDERADOS Y POCO EMPÁTICOS CON SUS CLIENTES. ASÍ SE PIERDEN LOS CLIENTES.
