★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia de hoy enero 14, 2019, fui a la "sucursal" de Centro Historico, la pongo entre comillas, ya que no tiene ningún letrero, para ver en donde se ubican, la persona del local de la entrada se molesto por preguntarle, me imagino que todos los que llegamos preguntamos por ustedes, llegue a las 13:00 hrs, encontre la puerta cerrada, con un letrero que dice "Sali a comer de 2 a 3, regreso"...
La cita era a las 13:15, no entendi para que me envian un msj indicando que a las 13:15, si iban a salir a las 12:50...
Yo llegue antes por la situación del teansporte con lo de la gasolina, al ver cerrado me fui...
Creo que NO esta bien citar a las personas en un horario y cerrarlo para "irse a comer " ... ???

El tipo que me atendió super mentiroso con tal de vender más, me estaba diciendo que necesitaba 2.5 cuando en realidad necesite 1.5-1.7, no soy optometrista pero hasta yo sé (ya que ví los resultados impresos) que la máquina brinda varias mediciones aproximadas y de ahí se toma una media y él me dió la más alta, entregandomelos y esperando asustarme, alegando claro que era por mi bien. Yo iba por una promoción pero me estaba dejando los lentes más caros. Los armazones de mala calidad y su gama "premium" mala, ya que con ese dinero me compro un armazón de línea y mucho mejor calidad. Terminé comprando en el centro histórico y fue 40% más barato y me dieron más confianza los materiales. De verdad no compren ahí y si lo están leyendo los dueños decirles que están haciendo las cosas mal.

Hago efectiva la garantía y acuerdo dos lentes en vez de unas gafas con micas progresivas, al dia de hoy se cumple 3 semanas mas y aún no obtengo mis gafas las cuales las ocupo, lo barato me está saliendo tan caro... Quedaron de llamarme, tuve que llamar yo... Y aun quien me atiende no me explico nada de porque sigo esperando un producto que ya pague...
