The return policy in OPTIMEX is very bad, you only have one month to request it when everyone knows that the process of adapting to new glasses takes several weeks (in other places they give you up to three months). Also, they don't give you your money back if you're not satisfied, they make you buy another pair of glasses or get tangled up saying they are going to make arrangements for you ... I'll never go back to this place.

It's frustrating how you go to a place waiting to receive attention to see better and to be scammed. I bought some glasses a few weeks ago according to the graduation they indicated and I came back because I looked very blurry, they recommended that I make an appointment with the ophthalmologist who works there (Dr. Gonzaléz Villalba), who in the end could not help me. He told me that graduation was fine and that my eyes were the problem. Total that I decided to return the lenses and seek a second opinion and did not want to return the money (although they had told me they had a guarantee and it didn't take three weeks to buy them). They were 6,000 pesos thrown in the trash (between glasses and appointments), a few days ago they gave me other new lenses because I decided to go to another place and I see perfect. It turns out that my eyes were normal! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, IT IS MONEY THROUGH THE GARBAGE !!!
