Sólo quiero comentar que un empleado llamado Carlos me faltó al respeto al intentar ajustar unas cuentas sobre mi renta. Al final me dieron solución a mi situación a través del correo pero antes fui severamente insultado por dicho empleado a través del whatsapp y posteriormente me bloqueó.
Espero que la empresa tome medidas con respecto a esto ya que es sumamente desagradable que te falten al respeto.

Aldo took care of me and he was very attentive, his service and the motorcycle that I rented were satisfactory.
I just want to comment that an employee named Carlos disrespected me when he tried to settle some accounts about my rent. In the end they gave me a solution to my situation through the mail but before I was severely insulted by said employee through WhatsApp and later he blocked me.
I hope the company takes action on this as it is extremely unpleasant to be disrespected.

They charged me 180$ deposit and gave me a very old buggy which already had problems with one wheel. After 1 day i had a flat tyre and he said it’s my fault and I have to pay for it.
I asked him how much the tyre is and he said he asks the mechanic and I should wait. He never responded!
I texted him 5x what’s with my deposit but he never answered me and took the whole 180$.
Scam!!!!
