Pues todo iba bien hasta que tenían que regresarme mi depósito de 3000 pesos, primero dijeron que en 48 horas y según tuvieron problemas, tuve que regresar en vivo e hizo según el movimiento pero me dijo que tardarían otras 48 horas y es el día en que no me lo regresan, llame y el trato ya no fue nada amable diciendo que eso ya es con mi banco, si no pueden asegurar el regreso de los depósitos con que confianza vamos a rentar con ellos? Además me acaba de colgar el teléfono. La verdad muy decepcionado del trato.

We rented a scooter for 2 days, everything went well until the time of return and the refund of the deposit, 72 hours after, the deposit of 2000 pesos has still not been returned and we don't have any informations.

Rented a scooter here for a week (1750 pesos) - it was in great condition, had no issues, checking in and checking out was a breeze, they only copied my driver’s license info (didn’t need my passport). They put a 5000p hold on my credit card for the deposit, which was released after returning the scooter

Don’t use this company for scooters rent. Service is a really poor quality and some scooters not well maintained, doublecheck the brakes. Also they charged $150 US dollars deposit on my credit card and never released it. It was pending for 2 weeks, and now it’s charged from my card.

Amended review - The bike I rented was good (the best I've rented in Mexico). But communication regarding the 4000 pesos deposit process could have been better. I was told that I would receive the deposit back within 48 hours but this did not happen. I queried this and was simply told to check with my bank, and then I was blocked / ignored. I subsequently left a 1 star review as I was ignored and then I could only assume that I would not receive this back. I received the deposit back approx 5 days later. ​ To save this from happening again with future customers can I suggest that you give people a more comprehensive answer when they make a query, also it's wiser to educate your customers about this process at point of transaction (perhaps you can give them a piece of paper with some infomation on it in Spanish and in English). How are your customers supposed to understand this process pre-authorisation payment method if you dont explain this is what you have done? Blocking and ignoring me did not help....engage with your customers when they ask you questions, dont ignore them. Saying "check with your bank" and sending through "proof of receipt" of 0.01 did not fill me with confidence and then ignoring me after I was advised I would receive the funds after 48 hours payment could only lead me to believe that you had not authorised the return....Communication is key.

Great to do business with. Their scooters are nice and clean. They only require a drivers license, deposit, and the daily price of the rental. I received my deposit within 2 business days. I plan on renting from them again in the future.
