★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⚠️⚠️Personal de recepción muy amigable, amable y atento. El servicio de valet parking el peor que me ha tocado ver en los lugares que me ha tocado estar. No sólo un pésimo servicio, sino que además de eso, súper agresivos y casi me golpea. Si llevan a su familia, tengan mucho cuidado con ese tipo de personas. Afortunadamente el guardia de seguridad de la plaza me auxilió y pude poner una queja contra este individuo y espero que la administración tome cartas en este asunto.
 ⚠️⚠️Reception staff very friendly, kind and attentive. The valet parking service is the worst that I have seen in the places that I have been. Not just a lousy serve, but on top of that, super aggressive and almost hit me. If you bring your family, be very careful around those kinds of people. Fortunately, the security guard in the plaza helped me and I was able to file a complaint against this individual and I hope that the administration will take action on this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da súper confianza ya que todo el personal está sumamente protegido de pies a cabeza, algo saturado pero seguro es debido a la situación actual. Como sugerencia: a clientes con cita Para que sea más rápido pudieran meter un registro en línea con datos ya que hay que dar datos personales, dirección, y todo lo demás si se requiere de factura eso es por cliente y lo hace más tardado.
It gives super confidence since all the staff are highly protected from head to toe, something saturated but sure is due to the current situation. As a suggestion: to clients by appointment To make it faster they could put an online record with data since you have to give personal data, address, and everything else if an invoice is required that is per client and it takes longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio atienden antes a gente sin cita, yo llegue con mi cita 15 minutos antes le dije tengo cita 12:15 , me preguntó si tenía mi acuse impreso le dije solo me lo mandaron digital, tome asiento y comenzo a pasar gente hasta sin cita 12:25 le dije que porque demoraba tanto y me dijo usted tiene cita ? Osea si llegué y le dije tengo cita 12:15 me.hicieron perder 40 minutos y al final ni me tomaron nada, ya que iba de camino a mi trabajo y tenía el tiempo ya muy corto que feo que jueguen con el tiempo de la gente .
