I love Orangetheory, to such an extent that without having to renew (semi-annually), I recently purchased an annual to support these difficult times. I have always had quality classes and they are all very kind, but to my surprise last Monday (after DriTri) the new hours of 5:45 am were resumed in Polanco and because I was 10 minutes late I was denied entry. The coach is very good, his class does not care as well as others in Orange, but his way of denying access was rude, not only did he not give me the explanation, but he did not turn off the microphone and I crossed both arms forming a cross saying that He couldn't get in, I asked him if he was serious, because he saw empty places in the floor section, and he told me, that's right! (without continuing to turn off the microphone) that he could NOT pass. I fully understand that the coach rules in class, but as a partner, if there is room, he could at least be more courteous, and give me access to the bike. I checked my contract and it does not say ANYTHING in those cases, what would happen if one arrives 10 or 15 minutes late and if the class is not full if access could be denied. It mentions that one loses it after 5 minutes and you have to pay the late cancel, but it does not clarify if it is because there is a waiting list and the class ends up filling up., Here it was not the case, there were several places and there was simply not that friendly communication that exists between coach and partner. I was not the only one who treated this way, there was another girl who, in the same way, because it was the first day of the new schedule, arrived late and denied access. Today I preferred to take a class in another studio today, but it should not be like that, a partner should not seek to turn around. For the same reason and my love for Orange I preferred to publish the complaint in order to invite OTF: 1. Review and improve the wording in the contract for that gap that exists, because in my opinion if I deserved to access class or at least allow me to use the stationary bike. And transmit it to both, both partners and coaches, so that we are all on the same page and avoid complaints. 2. A Regional Fitness should be an example to follow in all aspects. I have nothing against the coach, he is excellent, but you also need to work on ways to deny access. How is it well said, speaking people understand each other and it was not clear to me why there was no flexibility to give me access when the class was not full. I repeat, there is nothing in the contract that prohibits entry when the class is not yet full. If a member has already paid, and if there is space and the class is not full, why be rude to the member and deny access? 3. Be flexible. Hoping my comments get into the right hands, thanks for your attention OTF!

FATAL y me quedo corta.
One of the worst study services in Mexico. They change the conditions all the time, when they sell you a package they tell you that it includes a thousand things and then it is not true. Indifferent staff no, THE FOLLOWING. Honestly save yourselves training here... FATAL and I fall short.

Terrible service from the Administrative Staff. It's real another comment I saw here. They include a thousand things and then... Finally, there are many hidden "services", such as the shower section that nobody explains and then you have any "person" slamming the door because it was "reserved" without any signage . The manager of the branch is for everything, except to solve. Fatal. Better go to a Sport City, it's cheaper, there are a thousand more services, and better.

I'm a tourist who doesn't speak Spanish. The staff at the Polanco OT were very nice despite my language barrier and the trainer was awesome checking in at the right moment to make sure I was getting along. It was a positive experience.

Just like any other orange theory. I had a great class. Went twice. The coaches seem to push you a lot more than in the US. They don’t seem to care if your heart is about to explode and in the red zone the entire class. Haha . I appreciate that there were 4 showers and I like their sign up system for them.

First day, I call to explain that I am not from Mexico City but I had taken classes in the states and had purchased my monitor but had not brought it with me. They let me know that it’s not a problem and that they’ll let me borrow one without cost.... next day, I walk in and they tell me I have to purchase one. In addition to the lack of communication among the staff and inability to directly communicate, it’s a shame that they are willing to loose a customer for 50 pesos. Thank you, next... I heard UFC gym is great place for exercise enthusiasts to work out & it’s near the area

Good OT location, new treadmills with integration to the system (so you get your stats after I’m the app), they’ve got good bathroom facilities, etc. There’s not a whole lot of English if that’s something you need, but we’ve managed to get along ok with our broken Spanish (just wouldn’t recommend trying this place with no Spanish and no history with OT)
