Tuve la mala experiencia de "contratar" un seguro con esta "empresa" realice el pago y después de 4 meses se comunicaron conmigo diciéndome que no estaba asegurado porque no se había realizado el pago. Actualmente los pagos a las aseguradoras son mas complejos y piden más elaboración, lo entiendo para que sea algo sistematizado y más eficiente. Entonces se hizo una transacción a otra cuenta por error... el problema fue que esto no se trato a tiempo este inconveniente y que el banco Santander (igual de pésimo el servicio que con orbe) no me pueden dar información de las transacciones que se realizaron hace mas de 3 meses (seguros orbe me aviso 4 meses después), en los estados de cuenta no se puede ver estos movimientos y ni yendo a la sucursal se puede rastrear lo que ya fue de mas de 3 meses. En fin si los seguros orbe no son buenos para cobrar, menos van a ser buenos para sacarte de un problema. P.D. Les aconsejo que contrate un seguro con unos buenos agentes de seguros para que todos los problemas que tengan se los resuelvan.

I advise you to take out insurance with good insurance agents so that all the problems you have are solved for you.
