★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was amazing! I stayed here for 5 days in the beachfront room called Cambria. The beach was literally steps away from us. The best part about this hotel was the staff! Primo, Liz, and Deme were so kind and funny. They were so easy to talk to & made the best tacos!! I seriously loved their cooking more than the food at the restaurants nearby. I can’t wait to come back and visit them, that’s how great they were.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely stay, the staff are very attentive and helpful. The hotel kept very clean, location great, not in the thick of the bars and clubs but easy to walk into. Nice new terrace restaurant area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sooo beautiful! We initially planned to visit a few different beach clubs but the ambiance was so blissful and our server Liz was beyond amazing that we came back almost everyday. 10/10 would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing Tulum experience.

What a beautiful and relaxing place to go to while staying in Tulum.
The staff was awesome and also the food and drinks where amazing.
Liz made our day; she was always there when we needed something and she such a sweetheart. I can't wait to go back to Orchid Beach House to relax and see Liz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orchid Beach House took over from My Way recently. I had a reservation for My Way since May 2020, but due to covid,I had to cancel 2 times. As a favor to My Way,I opted to keep my $750 deposit with them,just to help them out in a difficult time (they had to close for obvious reasons). Orchid House have taken over and they are refusing to refund my deposit. They have been very unhelpful and flatly continue to refund. My Way was a wonderful place owned and run by a local couple. Now it is owned by a chain and so standards have lowered obviously. Very sad :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful stay at Orchid beach house. Super cute, clean, relaxed, jungle vibes hotel setting on the beach. The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. Liz and Primo in the restaurant are the sweetest, great servers and hard workers. The girls In the front lobby, Mariela and Ivy, were so helpful with any questions or requests. The whole staff was truly very accommodating and kind. We always felt safe with our belongings during our stay here. We probably would come back to stay at this hotel next trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing, cozy place to stay. If you are avoiding the big resorts and prefer a more intimate, relaxed place, this is the best hotel to stay at. The staff was lovely and the food great. Our “room” was actually an entire hut right in front of the beach with a rooftop jacuzzi and hammock. Lots of places for one to walk to, a great, chill beach club and it’s quiet at night in case you want a romantic stroll by the beach. Otherwise you can walk to the hip party clubs, 5 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again
