★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is ugly, empty, and completely out of place in conchas chinas. And it might not be there for longad it's under a court order for 9 of its floors to be demolished due to a zoning code violation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people leaving poor reviews are so biased that it’s actually a little sad. Not much to complain about a place with full service and absurd luxury while being on the beach. A uniquely designed building that stands out among the rest.
Enjoy a swim in one of the 4 pools or hot tubs. Or maybe enjoy the view from the roof at the bar and kitchen.
The point being that if you have anything to complain about here then you are really looking for problems.
