1.-La persona encargada de tomar la temperatura al ingresar al edificio no está atenta en sus funciones asignadas
2.-El Personal femenino que está detrás de ventanilla no son amables, no saludan al cliente, atienden de mal humor, atienden de mala gana
3.-La Cajera de igual manera, jamás Saluda al cliente, atiende de mala gana, no es cortes con los clientes
En general, el Personal no está Capacitado o no tienen el Don de atender a los Ciudadanos como debería de ser.....simplemente atienden por atender, pero les hace falta cortesia
Terrible Service to the Citizen
1.-The person in charge of taking the temperature when entering the building is not attentive in their assigned functions
2.-The female staff behind the window are not friendly, they do not greet the customer, they serve in a bad mood, they serve reluctantly
3.-The Cashier in the same way, never greets the client, attends reluctantly, is not courteous with clients
In general, the Personnel is not Trained or they do not have the Gift of attending to the Citizens as it should be ..... they simply attend to attend, but they need courtesy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considero que debería existir un teléfono de emergencia para fugas disponible los domingos porque ahorita apareció una fuga en una reparación nueva que hicieron y está tirandose mucha agua y no hay a quien avisar. gracias
I think there should be an emergency phone for leaks available on Sundays because right now a leak appeared in a new repair that they did and a lot of water is being thrown and there is no one to notify. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio además las personas que estás ahi prefieren pintarse las uñas en ves de atender, no me pueden contratar por qué aún no me entregan las escrituras de la casa pero el predial y la luz ya está muy mal servicio ahora esperar medio año para que me entreguen las escrituras y poder tener agua ?
Terrible service also the people who are there prefer to paint their nails instead of attending, they can't hire me because they haven't given me the deeds of the house yet but the property tax and electricity is already very bad service now I wait half a year for them to deliver the deeds and be able to have water ?
