★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo lugar para resolver problemas, compre una bocina que me sirvio en dos ocasiones, el proveedor autorizo el cambio por no haber un centro de servicio y la Srita Monserrat comenta que se necesita otra autorizacion es un pesimo servicio no dudo de la empresa solo de la gente incompetente.
terrible place to solve problems, buy a horn that served me twice, the provider authorized the change because there is no service center and Ms. Monserrat comments that another authorization is needed is a very poor service I do not doubt the company only the incompetent people.

Pedí una tinta, misma que me urgieron a pagar, pagué el mismo día, hicieron el envío, fue cancelado por problemas del producto. Nunca recibí la tinta, el reembolso tardo casi un mes y ahora resulta que recibo correos super constantes diciendo que yo les debo. Ya van 3 semanas que los recibo y nadie lo soluciona. El servicio al cliente es absolutamente pésimo.
Very bad experience buying remotely in Sistemas Contino. I ordered an ink, which they urged me to pay, I paid the same day, they made the shipment, it was canceled due to product problems. I never received the ink, the refund took almost a month and now it turns out that I receive super constant emails saying that I owe them. It's been 3 weeks since I received them and nobody solves it. Customer service is absolutely lousy.
