Somos una organización que se dedica a Proteger, Apoyar y Luchar por los Derechos Humanos, y una de nuestras principales tareas que realizamos es construir vivienda de interés social en conjunto con el INVI CDMX, solicitando recursos públicos para apoyar a quienes no cuentan con créditos hipotecarios, FOVISSTE e INFONAVIT, y dichos proyectos los construimos y gestionamos desde que nos incorporamos a la lucha social del movimiento urbano popular hace 20 años….
Nuestras viviendas son funcionales, sustentables y de calidad.
Ayudamos a quienes residen en viviendas precarias a obtener su propio patrimonio y con la demanda adicional contribuimos a que otras familias que ingresan de fuera, se incorporen a nuestros proyectos que son sustentables conforme a la Normatividad del Gobierno de la Ciudad de México.
Por qué invertir en vivienda en época de crisis
Lo que está pasando nos paraliza a todos. La vida sigue y quienes tienen patrimonio o capacidad de ahorro están obligados a tomar decisiones de inversión, por lo cual los Activos inmobiliarios en esta época son la mejor opción de inversión.

We are an organization that is dedicated to Protecting, Supporting and Fighting for Human Rights, and one of our main tasks we carry out is to build affordable housing in conjunction with the INVI CDMX, requesting public resources to support those who do not have mortgage loans , FOVISSTE and INFONAVIT, and we have built and managed these projects since we joined the social struggle of the popular urban movement 20 years ago….
Our homes are functional, sustainable and of quality.
We help those who reside in precarious homes to obtain their own assets and with the additional demand we help other families who come from abroad to join our projects that are sustainable in accordance with the Regulations of the Government of Mexico City.
