★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, aclaran tus dudas en cuanto a la queja que desees levantar y te orientan para poder hacerla. De verdad te invitan a que te quejes porque muy poca gente lo hace por lo que las anomalías continúan sin que nadie se entere. La orientación es de 9am a 1pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es increible que tengan cerrado y sin guardia este organo, ya que estan suponiendo que en este tiempo no hay denuncias y es muy lejano a la realidad pensar que la grave corrupcion que empeora cada dia en el imss, ha desaparecido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son una basura de servicio, los licenciados muy déspotas y sobre todo que a personas como yo que sufrimos por una discapacidad del habla no te ponen atención anotan todo mal y entorpecen tus procesos en verdad no pierdan su tiempo que es larguísimo en promedio 1 hora de llamada, para que terminen comentando que escribieron mal tu nombre y correo y espere 4 días más hábiles.
SON UNA BASURA DE SERVICIO
