El día 26/06/2019 arribamos al aeropuerto de Cancún, en el freeshop compré 3 cartones de cigarrillos desciniendo que solo podíamos ingresar 1 por persona, no me dejaron devolver o dejar el cartón (10 cajetillas ) sobrantes, me retuvieron el pasaporte amenazaron con someterme a una rinoscopia y detension por disturbios al orden público. Jamás en mí vida viví un trato así en un aeropuerto. Me obligaron a lagar casi 130 dólares, no me dijeron el importe de la multa hasta que no facturarán 600 % sobre el valor del cartón de cigarrillos. Lamentable el trato ver niños brasileños llorar porq a sus padres les hicieron algo similar. Examen nasal por consumo de cigarrillos? Contrabando? Si no pagaba me acusarian de contrabando aún exhibición la factura de compra. Espero se puedan tomar medidas contra el personal que siquiera permitió que devolviera la compra ya en en esos lugares piden pasaporte y lugar de destino. Cómo así me reintegren los 130 dólares que bajo amenazas me hicieron pagar

On 06/26/2019 we arrived at the Cancun airport, at the freeshop I bought 3 cigarette cartons desciniendo that we could only enter 1 per person, they did not let me return or leave the cardboard (10 packs) left over, they kept my passport threatened with submit to a rhinoscopy and arrest for disturbances to public order. Never in my life did I live such a deal at an airport. They forced me to press almost 130 dollars, they did not tell me the amount of the fine until they would invoice 600% on the value of the cigarette carton. Unfortunate the deal to see Brazilian children cry because their parents did something similar. Nasal examination for cigarette consumption? Smuggling? If I did not pay they would accuse me of smuggling I still show the purchase invoice. I hope you can take action against the staff that even allowed you to return the purchase already in those places ask for passport and place of destination. How well I reimburse the 130 dollars that under threats made me pay
