★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué poca madre tienen, me mandan a pedir la orden por Rappi, me cancela el pedido la sucursal después de cobrar y ahora me tengo que esperar 5 malditos días para un reembolso, he tratado marcándo y a sucursal pero ahora sí no responden. Pésimo servicio por parte de Oriental Box.
What little mother do they have, they send me to ask for the order through Rappi, the branch cancels my order after charging and now I have to wait 5 damn days for a refund, I have tried dialing and the branch but now they do not respond. Terrible service by Oriental Box.

Cuando las abrí en mi casa ví que a una le faltaban el aguacate y el Philadelphia, hablé por teléfono y les digo lo que faltaba me dicen que regrese para darme lo que faltaba y me ofrecieron unas carnitas rojas. Regreso al lugar el cajero pide ver mi ticket me dice que ya lo hacen.... en lo que espero entra una señora les saluda con un: " buenas tardes" ...ni el cajero ni los dos cocineros le devuelven el saludo... después de 15 minutos ponen una bolsa en la barra y el cajero me hace una seña indicando que es para mi. Ésta vez abro la bolsa para revisar lo que me están dando: una cajita con carnitas rojas y otra cajita con la orden que me habían dado incompleta, el cajero se alejó de la barra tal vez le daba pena que fué su error, volteo a ver a uno de los cocineros le digo: "gracias" salgo del lugar pensando en que en ningún momento se disculparon por el inconveniente. Hay que educar a los empleados y mejorar su servicio al cliente.

This time I open the bag to check what they are giving me: a box with red carnitas and another box with the order that they had given me incomplete, the cashier moved away from the bar, maybe he was sorry that it was his mistake, he turned to see to one of the cooks I say: "thank you" I leave the place thinking that at no time did they apologize for the inconvenience. You have to educate your employees and improve your customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue mi primera y última vez que compró comida ahí, falta de atención y desorganización por parte de los empleados. Fui la primera en ordenar de tanta gente que avía y fui la última en recibir mi pedido, se me hizo una grosería que esto me pasará. Espero que no les pase lo mismo. He visto como hay comentarios y la verdad no han mejorado.
It was my first and last time buying food there, lack of attention and disorganization on the part of the employees. I was the first to order out of so many people who were there and I was the last to receive my order, it was rude to me that this will happen to me. I hope the same doesn't happen to you. I have seen how there are comments and the truth has not improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francamente iba con toda la ilusión de comer rico, sin embargo la comida estuvo inundada en salsa, sobre cocinada y super grasosa. Sin mencionar que el menú aquí publicado no tiene los precios actualizados. La orden publicada la pedí con jicama, la cual nunca apareció.
Frankly I was going with all the illusion of eating delicious, however the food was flooded in sauce, overcooked and super greasy. Not to mention that the menu published here does not have updated prices. I asked for the published order with jicama, which never appeared.
