Good, strong furniture with excellent prices, even payment plans and immediate delivery. Excellent sellers. It is worth traveling from Gdl to there, the journey is well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos el comedor desde el 18 de julio. Ya casi es octubre y aun no nos entregan. Pésimo servicio al cliente. Nos han hecho promesas de entrega para ya 7 fechas distintas. Nos mencionan que diferentes pretextos cada vez que hablamos con ellos. No hacen más que disculparse y hechar la culpa a producción en vez de hacer algo al respecto. En cuanto algún tipo de compensación por la mala experiencia, no hay nada. Que tristeza que hagan pasar el cliente por este tipo de situaciones. Actualización: el comedor fue entregado la última semana de octubre. La condición y calidad han sido excelentes, lástima de la atención al cliente. Si te decides por la calidad de los muebles adelante, solo estar conscientes que el tiempo promedio de tu entrega serán 3 meses y no los 45 días hábiles que te dicen.
We bought the dining room from July 18. It's almost October and they haven't delivered us yet. Terrible customer service. They have made us delivery promises for 7 different dates. They mention different excuses to us every time we talk to them. They just apologize and blame production instead of doing something about it. As for some kind of compensation for the bad experience, there is nothing. How sad that they put the client through this type of situation. Update: the dining room was delivered the last week of October. The condition and quality have been excellent, shame about the customer service. If you decide on the quality of the furniture, go ahead, just be aware that the average delivery time will be 3 months and not the 45 business days that they tell you.

I bought a room and a headboard. They told me 60 days and they met the delivery times. The furniture looks nice, I do recommend it.
