Primero, llegue poco después que otra señora y a ella la atendieron dos, a mi solo me atendió una y aún así terminó antes que las otras dos. Una manicura y pedicura debería de ser algo relajante…. Pero me cortó mas de 5 veces entre las manos y los pies. Un dedo sangró tanto que en el esmalte curado había sangre. Y lo peor fue cuando iba a usar alcohol para limpiar el area, busco un vasito pequeño que adentro tenía un algodón usado. Saco el algodón sucio y siguió con mis manos. Paso tan rápido que no había podido decir algo. No lo pude creer. No regresaría.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, a los dos días de haberme hecho las uñas (qué no quedaron muy bien la vdd y era un French), se me comenzaron a despegar, y les escribí por WA con fotos de mis uñas para solicitar garantía, me dijeron que son 3 días solamente, y con la nota (cosa que no tenía porque no pensaba que me sucedería algo así). Tuve que salir de la Ciudad y supuestamente harían seguimiento, cosa que nunca pasó. Se me terminaron cayendo solas al final. No me pareció muy buena la calidad de sus productos para los costos que manejan. Las chicas que me atendieron son amables, pero su trabajo no habla bien de ellas. El resto de personal estaban maquillándose, haciéndose las uñas, viendo el celular, cero atentas a su trabajo, no regresaré ni recomendaré.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in friday afternoon and asked if they had time for a mano/pedi. I very rarely leave bad reviews, but 3 days after mani/pedicure I am still in pain. I had 2 women working side by side to give me a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Gel manicure made me bleed twice and now I have scabs around my nail beds. And the gel manicure is lumpy! Woman doing pedicure overcut 3 different nails to the point where there is a chunk of skin missing and wearing shoes hurts. Not ideal when visiting a city and walking everywhere.
