I was very disappointed with the course and the treatment they gave us. I spent all the classes asking for the documentation information for the certificate. It was never sent to me. (She always gave me as an excuse that her client's cell phone was not working and she spent it on WhatsApp on her personal cell phone) Until the last day of the course they dictated it to me on the air. For me it was a double return because they didn't even print our certificate the day we finished. They made us turn around and we were several girls who lived quite far from the place. The bathroom for clients is terrible, they don't clean it, it even had mold inside the toilet. There was a day that we were withdrawn early (2 hours before) we were told that we would make up the hours the next class, it did not happen. There was one day that he arrived 30 minutes after the start time and he neither respected the schedule nor compensated us. Whenever we asked him in the Chat our doubts, he left us in seen. They only taught us one type of nail in class when the syllabus said much more. I feel very angry and frustrated.
