★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te mandan productos dañados, los envuelven de manera diferente para cuando envíes las evidencias decirte en ese papel nosotros no envolvemos el producto. Dicen que no les llegan las fotos de evidencia y cuando las ven lo hacen fuera de tiempo para decirte que ya no aplica y lo hacen con los perfumes más caros.
 They send you damaged products, they wrap them differently for when you send the evidence to tell you on that paper we do not wrap the product. They say that the photos of evidence do not arrive and when they see them they do it out of time to tell you that it no longer applies and they do it with the most expensive perfumes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy de Guadalajara, no tienen entrega en su domicilio y aunque estamos en el mismo municipio las entregas son por paquetería de 5 a 10 dias, así no sirve de nada el servicio, AL PARECER SON INTERMEDIARIOS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda la mercancia que les he comprado es original, y como dato son de los mas economicos y hasta ahorita he comprado en la sucursal de obregón solamente y llevo como 9 perfumes con ellos y la verdad no hay nada que reclamar, solo que no me compran bolsa de plástico impresa para sus locales jajaja, saludos y sigan así.
All the merchandise that I have bought from them is original, and as data they are the most economical and I have even bought at the branch office only and now I have about 9 perfumes with them and the truth is there is nothing to claim, only they do not buy me Printed plastic bag for your local lol, greetings and keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno de mis perfumes no llego en celofán pero ambos parecen en CheckFresh con su número de lote y ambos coinciden entre caja y botella, al menos eso me indica que son originales ?
One of my perfumes did not arrive in cellophane but both appear in CheckFresh with their batch number and both match between box and bottle, at least that tells me that they are original ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice pedido de varios perfumes y al parecer todo iba bien solo que uno me llego sin celofán y la botella con una rayadura. Me dijeron que ellos no hacían devoluciones ni me darían solución por eso. Se me hace de muy mal gusto que uno compre un producto "nuevo" y pague por ello y no lo manden tal cual es o debería de venir. Era un producto que yo ya tenia vendido y ahora le quedaré mal a mi cliente por que no le voy a dar un producto abierto y rayado. Fue mi primer y último pedido.
I ordered several perfumes and apparently everything was going well except that one arrived without cellophane and the bottle had a scratch. They told me that they did not make returns or give me a solution for that. I find it in very bad taste that one buys a "new" product and pays for it and they don't send it as it is or should come. It was a product that I had already sold and now it will look bad on my client because I am not going to give him an open and scratched product. It was my first and last order.
