★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan las llamadas.. y el día que te contestan es de mala manera y te dejan esperando, y de repente te cuelgan, si no les gusta su trabajo busquen uno que si les guste.....
They never answer the calls... and the day they answer you it's in a bad way and they leave you waiting, and suddenly they hang up on you, if they don't like their job, look for one they like.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame y me dejaron colgado por 6 minutos nadie jamás dijo hola o algo así, y cuando uno va todavía le dicen que si encontró lo que uno buscaba que cuando sea nos puede marcar por teléfono, no se para que, por eso uno se va con otras refaccionarias. Lastima por qué se ve surtido.
I called and they left me hanging for 6 minutes, no one ever said hello or anything like that, and when you go they still tell you that if you found what you were looking for, you can call us at any time, I don't know why, that's why you go with other repair shops. Too bad why it looks stocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el día de hoy lleve mi auto con el mecánico y él pidió todo en orma, para empezar tardaron en llevar las cosas como 3 horas y para el colmo no llevaron las cosas como son, se devolvieron para traer lo que faltaba y nuevamente fue incorrecto, el mecánico le dijo que mejor así lo
dejara y el conseguiría las cosas por otro lado.
En fin en la primera vuelta le pague el total de las pieza y se llevó la nota para corregirla quedó de regresarme la nota actualizada y no la devolvió, le hablé por teléfono a Isrra de ahí de Orma y muy formalmente quedó de enviarla cosa que ni llego.
De verdad es terrible el servicio acaso tengo que ir yo por la nota hasta la sucursal ???
Y como no tengo mi nota de compra exijo que mi compra sea gratis, al menos le tome una foto y quiero respuesta por favor. Ya que a la hora de una garantía de seguro me pediran la nota y espero que la foto me la hagan válida

Terrible service, today I took my car to the mechanic and he asked for everything in order, to begin with it took them like 3 hours to carry things and to make matters worse they did not take things as they are, they returned to bring what was missing and again It was wrong, the mechanic told him that it was better that way.
I would leave and he would get things the other way.
Anyway, in the first round I paid him the total of the pieces and he took the note to correct it, he left me to return the updated note and he did not return it, I spoke by phone to Isrra from there from Orma and very formally he left to send it, something that neither arrived.
The service is really terrible, do I have to go to the branch for the note ???
And since I do not have my purchase note, I demand that my purchase be free, at least I take a photo and I want an answer please. Since at the time of an insurance guarantee they will ask me for the note and I hope that the photo will make it valid
