★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many roasters in the area, and this one is my favorite because they offer a medium roast. Other roasters in the Playa/Cozumel either have a really dark roast or they just burn the beans.
I still haven't found a light roast coffee anywhere around this area of Mexico

He roasts them to perfection and exactly to my specifications in his local workshop the day he delivers them. Angel's passion for delivering the most wonderful coffee in Cozumel is undeniable!
