★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia de mi vida, la atención es pésima, las personas son groseras y te ignoran, en general no es un trato digno. Los contacté por Whatsapp y me enviaron una extensa variedad de colores y precios y al llegar al vivero eran precios diferentes y solo tenían de 3 colores. Les comenté que quería realizar un pedido y recogerlo un día después porque no soy de Morelia a lo que contestaron que no hacían pedidos ni apartaban flores, al llegar tenían un sinnúmero de plantas apartadas.
No fui a pedir regalado, fui a comprar y jamás volveré a este establecimiento y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.
The worst experience of my life, the attention is terrible, the people are rude and ignore you, in general it is not a dignified treatment. I contacted them by Whatsapp and they sent me a wide variety of colors and prices and when I arrived at the nursery they were different prices and they only had 3 colors. I told them that I wanted to place an order and pick it up a day later because I am not from Morelia, to which they replied that they did not place orders or set aside flowers, when they arrived they had countless plants set aside.
I did not go to ask for a gift, I went to buy and I will never return to this establishment and I do not recommend it to anyone.
