Nice place, good service, ok price

All angus burgers 19 to choose from - two sizes available..even a brisket burger! 9 hotdogs, onion rings, 5 different mac n cheese. Kids meals and 3 different salads! Lunch from 12 to 5 pm.

I had high hopes for a place describing itself as a burgers, fries, and shake place, unfortunately... Overall: 2 of 5 stars Now... very underwhelmed and frankly disappointed. I'm leaving still hungry, but not wanting more from here. I won't bother returning. Environment: 1 star The place was like an oven inside. I've lived in MX 5 years, and frankly the nationals complain about the heat much more than I do. I asked an employee (who was fanning themselves >>every<< single time I looked at them) to turn down the clima to 24 or even 26. No luck. I asked my server who simply told me it is not possible (and I was sitting immediately under 3 units.) Ok, customer comfort is utterly unimportant, be aware in advance, or just go to Chilis in Plaza Altabrisa - it is nicer, more comfortable. and even less expensive. Food: 3 stars Not bad, but pretty much unremarkable. Food quality was ok, but in my opinion the price was somewhat high for such basic food. Portions were ok also, but I felt somewhat short for the price. I never got the appetizer I ordered. Value: 2 stars My check came to nearly $15 usd (277 mxn) for a simple chili dog, a plate of mac and cheese, a can of soda and a tiny container of extra cheese for my sparsely dressed chili dog. Just the extra cheese was $1.50 usd... seriously guys?

The food was good, about average for better hamburger places in Merida. Service was solid and what you should expect. I will rate the place average 3 to 3.5. I think better than Fuddrucker's but only average when compared to a burger place in the states.

Their hamburgers and choice of buns is great, but unfortunately they don't always have the different types of buns available. The atmosphere is very nice and comfortable.

The food used to be good when we first came. They completely changed the Mac and cheese recepy to a different one that is nowhere near good. Also the portions are very small. To top it all off they don't serve any fries with any of the burgers you must purchase them separately.

Absolutely no second time eating here, very overpriced for what you get. No bbq sauce in the bbq bacon burger and fries are old, asked for a lot of ketchup, only 3 packs for 2 person’s fries. If you want a decent burger, go somewhere else!

Burgers are good, tasty and well-sized! Service is quick, responsive and kind! Fried are crispy delicious! Not bad at all, but not the best burgers either.
