★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Crossfit Kurse mit Christian sind einfach genial. Er leitet super an, hat ein Gespür für das Fitnesslevel seiner Teilnehmer:innen und versteht, wie er sie fördert. Das Studio ist top ausgestattet. Die Kurse starten theoretisch ab 8:00 Uhr am, aber vor 9 am is niemand zum Kurs da. :) Einzig die Lüftung könnte verbessert werden.
The Crossfit courses with Christian are simply brilliant. He is a great guide, has a feel for the fitness level of his participants and understands how to support them. The studio is well equipped. The courses theoretically start at 8:00 am, but no one is there before 9 am. :) Only the ventilation could be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend was assaulted by an instructor at this gym. Apparently the coach has anger issues and threatened them before. He threw heavy objects at my friend and spilled nasty insults. He called the police and they did nothing. Beware!
