★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi compra la realicé en la sucursal directamente y ahí fue bueno el servicio, sin embargo el resto (envío, atención al cliente, facturación y demás ) todo era por número de WhatsApp y la verdad les falta mucho para dar un buen servicio por ese medio es algo incómodo estar insiste insistiendo para que le den atención a uno

No cumplen con sus políticas de tiempo de entrega (esto con respeto a la unidad).
La persona que atiende en línea no da una resolución, y no tiene buen trato.
Se les tiene que estar marcando, mandando e-mails, WhatsApp para que lo resuelvan. No dan seguimiento. No lo recomiendo para adquirir equipo dental, no comunican al cliente TODA la información de tiempos, envíos, etc.
