Mandé hacer unas plantillas y me encantaron, cambiaron mi vida, eso fuè cuando vivía la dueña, ella desafortunadamente fallece y se queda a cargo su hija. En esa ocasión necesito otras plantillas , me toman la huella y me las mandan por paquetería porque vivo en Aguascalientes. Y oh sorpresa se equivocan y me mandan unas de otra persona eran de un niño. Les llamo para comentarles y me dicen que yo estoy mal, que ellos enviaron las correctas. Voy a la cuidad de Mexico nuevamente para el cambio de plantillas y me hacen otras, no me quedaron bien, el arco está súper grande, no me quedaron bien y ahí están sin uso, no se hicieron responsables . Además les pagué 2 pares de plantillas, sólo me entregan un par y nunca me regresan ni el dinero, ni las plantillas.
Además al llamar por teléfono, tienen una atención pésima. Parece como si te estuvieran haciendo el favor de atenderte.
Dicen que tienes que ir personalmente.

I had a good experience and a bad one. I made some templates and I loved them, they changed my life, that was when the owner lived, she unfortunately dies and her daughter stays in charge. On that occasion I need other templates, they take my mark and they send them to me by parcel because I live in Aguascalientes. And oh surprise they are wrong and they send me some of another person they were of a boy. I call them to tell them and they tell me that I am wrong, that they sent the correct ones. I go to the city of Mexico again to change templates and do others, they did not fit, the arch is super big, they did not fit and they are not used, they were not responsible. I also paid them 2 pairs of templates, they only give me a pair and they never return me the money or the templates.
Also when calling by phone, they have a terrible attention. It seems as if they were doing you the favor of assisting you.
They say you have to go personally.
I do not recommend them for strands

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi hijo le dieron unas plantillas que no eran de su talla, el se quejaba mucho al usarlas y resultó que estaban mal hechas, no se hicieron responsables ni me ofrecieron cambiar las plantillas de mi hijo por unas nuevas, le atrasaron 6 meses su tratamiento y ahora el doctor dice qué hay que operarlo.
Cuidado!!!! Revisen bien lo que les ponen a sus hijos, no les vaya a pasar como al mío y les retrasen el tratamiento!!!
Ojalá encuenren otro lugar !!!!

Watch out!!!! Check well what they put their children, not going to happen as mine and delay the treatment!
