★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una muy mala experiencia en esta veterinaria dicen tener un servicio de calidad y amor por los animales cuando no es así, el día de hoy lleve a mi perrita a las 4pm pero no me quisieron atender que porque ya iban a cerrar (cierran a las 5) todavía faltaba UNA HORA, me dijeron que si quería la consulta seria fuera de horario y el costo seria de $500, siento que es muy poco ético que te digan que son profesionales y tienen ''amor'' por los animales sobre todo cuando ven que el animalito esta mal y ni así te brindan un servicio entiendo que ya son vacaciones y todo mundo se quiere ir a descansar pero la salud ya sea humana o de cualquier especie es IMPORTANTE . Gracias a dios en otra veterinaria si me quisieron atender y nos recibieron de emergencia ya que eso era.
JAMAS REGRESARIA A ESTA VETERINARIA NI LA RECOMENDARIA.
I had a very bad experience at this vet, they say they have a quality service and love for animals when it is not, today I took my dog at 4pm but they did not want to attend to me because they were going to close (they close at 5) there was still ONE HOUR to go, they told me that if I wanted the consultation it would be after hours and the cost would be $500, I feel that it is very unethical for them to tell you that they are professionals and have "love" for animals, especially when They see that the little animal is not well and even then they do not provide you with a service. I understand that it is already a vacation and everyone wants to go to rest, but health, whether human or of any kind, is IMPORTANT. Thank God at another vet if they wanted to treat me and they received us as an emergency since that was it.
I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS VETERINARIAN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND IT.
