★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de la Sra "asistente/ secretaria" quien el día de hoy respondió y mi llamada. Una persona grosera sin educación que piensa que nos está haciendo un favor en atender la llamada cuando es una de sus actividades laborales, y lo peor, es la voz de ustedes.
Diciendo que el cliente NO es prioridad y que NO tiene el tiempo de generar facturas cuando se le ha solicitado amablemente por correo y vía telefónica sin ninguna respuesta, argumentando que el RFC se escribió mal desde el día 11 de Septiembre y no ha tenido tiempo de llamar o mandar un correo para avisar esta situación hasta el día 17 de Octubre que yo marque para ver qué pasaba con la factura, me solicitó enviar información correcta por correo la mande sin respuesta y hoy su respuesta es, NO está dentro de mis prioridades hacer una factura.
Mi papá es paciente del Dr. y siempre que asistimos y amablemente nos atiendo la esposa del Dr. jamás se había presentado una situación así (fallas en entrega de facturas, que los datos estén mal y lo peor encontrar una persona prepotente que se dedica a brindar servicio MAL)
Deja mucho que desear su servicio y es una PENA que trabaje un ser así con el Dr. Vázquez Bayod

My dad is a patient of the Dr. and whenever we attended and kindly attended to the wife of the Dr., there had never been a situation like this (failures in the delivery of invoices, that the data is wrong and the worst thing is to find a powerful person who is dedicated provide BAD service)
It leaves a lot to be desired for its service and it is a PENA that works like this with Dr. Vázquez Bayod
