S	Sebastian Serrano García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente no es mi estilo estar comentando pero en esta ocasión quiero externar mi MOLESTIA hacía este establecimiento, es atendido por personas mayores de edad, pero eso no justifica el trato a los clientes en este caso lleve a mi hijo para que le dieran seguimiento al tratamiento que indicó un médico especialista, cabe aclarar que ellos sólo son técnicos, y me fabricaron sus zapatos y plantillas ortopédicas lo cual en menos de 3 meses las plantillas se deshicieron, al llevarles el producto para que mirararan la calidad del material, me citaron un mes más tarde para poder reemplazar y ajustar lo correspondiente, al llegar en el lapso estipulado la Sra que atiende tomó una actitud altanera, grosera y no dejó hablar evadiendo toda responsabilidad de calidad de su producto, argumentando que no se haría responsable y que lo que quería era que me regalara su trabajó. Ojo en ningún momento quería que me regalara "su trabajo" sólo que se hiciera responsable de algo que ya se le había pagado, pues ahora si por algo al cual le ponen monto $$ es de está calidad no me imagino la misma de lo regalado. No me solucionó nada y todavía me comentó que como tiene mis datos ya estaba fichada. Así que yo termine regalandoles mi dinero... Que lastima que la gente siga aprovechándose de otra para poder llevarse un bocado a la boca... Espero les rinda... Tradaron muchísimo en entregar y cuando me entrega, me entrega solo una plantilla...la de lado derecho, cuando tenía que ser derecha e izquierda, el trabajo malísimo. La verdad no lo recomiendo nada. Pudo haber Sido buena en su momento pero ya no. Que coraje que tire 700 pesos ala basura. The worst attention. Tienen horario de menos de 3 horas por la mañana y 2 1/2 hrs. por la tarde. Cierran por días cada que se les ocurre. El costo de zapatos y plantillas es más caro que en otros lados.
