★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hubiera leído los comentarios antes de ir, acudí por una uña y salí peor , no tiene las medidas de higiene , no hay seriedad y no son profesionales con su trabajo, es una burla que ese lugar esté abierto

Fui a un servicio (únicamente corte de uñas) y no solo me cortaron la planta del pie al limar, sino que también mi dedo se tornó morado y eso que solo fue un corte de uñas, esto hecho por la señorita Areli, que también mostraba una actitud grosera y hostil, haciendo comentarios irónicos a cada pregunta que se le hacía.
Cuando fui a quejarme, me di cuenta de que todas se encubren entre sí, negando información, de forma que no se pueda meter ninguna queja. Nadie sabe nada del dueño o de dónde se puede hablar con alguien encargado. Personas sin conocimiento están a cargo de NUESTRA salud, es inaceptable, incluso es inaceptable que siga abierto el establecimiento contando con sucursales fantasma (como la de las Américas, Ecatepec), de hecho, dudo que cuenten con los permisos necesarios. Nada recomendable, incluso espero que nadie vuelva a poner un pie ahí.
Terrible service, lack of hygiene and experience. Nobody knows anything about the owner or where to speak to someone in charge. People without knowledge are in charge of OUR health, it is unacceptable, it is even unacceptable that the establishment continues to be open with ghost branches (such as the one in the Americas, Ecatepec), in fact, I doubt that they have the necessary permits. Nothing recommended, I even hope that no one sets foot there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, atendió una tal Georgina a mi hija de 12 años y la lastimó. Es una pena que cuenten con seudo especialistas. Y a pesar de pedir datos del dueño para levantar una queja lo encubren y omiten responsabilidades. Esa persona que nos atendió a parte de todo grito e insultó y se burlo ya que piensa ni habrá consecuencias de su mal servicio. Lamentablemente la mayoría de las personas no ejercen su derecho se recibir un buen servicio y mas en materia de salud. No volveré a pisar este lugar..no lo recomiendo.

No es posible que pongamos la salud en sus manos y no se hagan responsables de sus porquerías. Preocupa que se manejen como un lugar serio y traten a tanta gente sin ninguna higiene. Manejan material que debe estar esterilizado, lo cual no es así. Pésima atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui, pregunté si aún hay servicio,a lo cual la chica del mostrador afirma diciéndome que sí, pero en seguida una señora de pijama verde me respondió que no, que cierran en sábado a las 5:30, bueno pues ni hablar.
