★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor que atendió a mi esposo fue muy profesional pero las personas encargadas de hacer las plantillas no. Le recetaron plantillas y le dijeron que en el transcurso de la semana le llamarían para entregarselas, mañana se cumplen DOS semanas y aun no se han comunicado con nosotros, cuando se supone tiene cita para que el doctor vea los avances de su problema en tres semanas y dos de ellas ni siquiera ha podido usar las plantillas recetadas. Lo peor de todo es que las dejamos pagadas por completo, sino ya hubiesemos buscado otros técnicos más responsables. Terrible servicio, no lo recomiendo para urgencias.
The doctor who treated my husband was very professional but the people in charge of making the templates were not. They prescribed templates and told him that during the week they would call to deliver them, tomorrow is TWO weeks and they still have not contacted us, when he is supposed to have an appointment for the doctor to see the progress of his problem in three weeks and two of them have not even been able to use the prescribed templates. The worst of all is that we leave them paid in full, otherwise we would have looked for other more responsible technicians. Terrible service, I do not recommend it for emergencies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, me sacaron radiografías para ver mi problema y si necesitaba cirugía, todo de forma atenta y la verdad que me sentí muy a gusto con la atención, me recetaron plantillas para mi problema y me las dieron dos semanas después y me hasta ahora me siento muy bien

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistí por primera vez y la consulta no del todo bien aparte que me hicieron esperar mucho tiempo. Pero m sacaron una radiografía sin decirme que tenía costo extra, entonces tuve que pagar $410 pesos extra que no tenía contemplado.
Deberían de preguntar si desea hacerla o si uno la trae externa.
Me retiré con un muy mal sabor de boca. Y no volveré a consulta. Definitivamente no recomiendo la clínica ortoclinica del norte.
I attended for the first time and the consultation was not quite right apart from that they made me wait a long time. But they took an X-ray without telling me that it had an extra cost, so I had to pay an extra $ 410 pesos that I had not contemplated.
They should ask if you want to do it or if one brings it external.
I left with a very bad taste in my mouth. And I will not consult again. I definitely don't recommend the northern orthoclinic clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendió muy bien el Dr Aguilera. El costo de la consulta fue de 800 pesos. Me recetó analgésicos y vitaminas para el dolor de espalda baja, y me canalizó a unas sesiones de fisioterapia. Sus fisioterapeutas están en una plaza cercana a este lugar. Hay pagos con tarjeta.
Dr. Aguilera treated me very well. The cost of the consultation was 800 pesos. He prescribed painkillers and vitamins for my lower back pain, and referred me to physical therapy sessions. Their physiotherapists are in a square near this place. There are card payments.
