Por tres días estuve solicitando me enviará por correo una radiografía, aun no me llega.. me aseguro que si la envío, solicite confirmar correo y me dejaron en la línea 45 minutos en espera. Llamé justo a tiempo para resolver un posible malentendido después de ver en el tiket que no estaba cobrada la totalidad de un paquete que solicité que completaran con mi expediente. Ni siquiera era un problema porque aún no se enviaba al consultorio. Mi llamada era, primero para preguntar y segundo para solucionarlo en caso de que si hubiera un error. PERO!!! a la señorita recepcionista le interesa más dejar muy claro que no hubo ningún error de su parte, que enfocarse en una solución. Después de explicarme 4 veces lo que ya sé (es decir, de tratarme como tonta), POR SUPUESTO que me sacó el tapón. Que graban las llamadas dice. Espero que sea cierto porque quien me escuche a mí también la va a escuchar a ella. NEFASTA the attitude of the receptionist !! Los técnicos muy profesionales, otorgaron un servicio rápido confiable y de calidad. Al finalizar mi radiografia espere unos minutos y mi dentista ya tenia mis resultados y mi diagnostico.
