Me entregaron un producto que no fué el que indicaba la receta y al solicitar el reembolso, me cobraron el 20% como penalización cuando son ellos los que dan equivocado el producto. Es un robo lo que hicieron supuestamente por indicación del médico responsable, del cuál dudo que en verdad tenga los conocimientos necesarios para dar un producto distinto al que uno solicita.
Son unos RATEROS.
Terrible service. . They gave me a product that was not the one indicated in the recipe and when requesting the refund, they charged me 20% as a penalty when they are the ones who give the wrong product. It is a robbery what they did supposedly by indication of the responsible doctor, of whom I doubt that he really has the necessary knowledge to give a different product to the one requested.
They are RATEROS.
